Running? Me?

I HAD A NICE, QUICK WORKOUT TODAY
IT WENT A LITTLE LIKE THIS...

WARM UP ON EXERCISE BIKE FOR 5 MINUTES WHILE I GLARE AT THE MAN ON THE TREADMILL PATIENTLY WAIT FOR THE TREADMILL. 

WALKED 1 MINUTE AT 3.5
RAN 2 MINUTES AT 6.0
WALKED 1 MINUTE AT 3.5
RAN 2 MINUTES AT 6.0

CONTINUED THIS PATTERN WITH A FEW TWEAKS AT THE END
FINISHED 2 MILES WITH A TIME OF 23:32

MY PERSONAL RECORD FOR 2 MILES

  1. I'm more of a zumba girl myself...or step, or body pump...something with other people and music...

    1. I do Just Dance 3 and Zumba on my Nintendo Wii and I really enjoy them both. For years I have been an avid walker, and I am not really sure how it led to running.
      I don't think I have heard of body bump before.I am going to have to look that up.

  2. I am going to have to try running. I walk really well but am scared or something to make the move to running :/

      I never intended on running, and don't even know how it started. But today I ran a 5k on the treadmill in 35:26 and I am so excited about it !
